Exporting multiple formats

Once your edit is finished and you have the frames you need loaded in your project, exporting is where Auto Frame pays off. Rather than exporting once per platform, you choose all the formats you want in a single step, and PublishFi renders each one as a separate, ready-to-upload video file.

Before you export

Make sure every frame format you intend to publish is loaded in the project. Frames that aren't loaded won't appear as options during export. See Adding and switching frames if you still need to add formats, or Supported platform formats for the full list of available presets.

Creating an export

  1. In the top-right corner of the editor, click Share.
  2. The Share panel opens. Switch to the Export tab.
  3. You'll see a Select Platforms section listing every frame currently loaded in your project, along with each frame's name, icon, and aspect ratio.
  4. Check the box next to each frame you want to render. Use Select All to include every loaded frame at once, or pick only the ones you need for this particular release.
  5. Choose a Quality setting — Low, Medium, or High — depending on your delivery requirements.
  6. Set a Link Expires In duration (options range from 1 day up to 4 weeks, with a custom hours option for precise control).
  7. Optionally add a Password to protect the export link so only the intended recipient can access it.
  8. Click Create Export Link.

PublishFi queues the render for each selected frame. When the job is complete, the export link goes live. The link is automatically copied to your clipboard so you can share it immediately.

Downloading and managing export links

Your active export links appear in the Export tab below the creation form. For each link you can:

  • Copy the link to share it with a client or teammate.
  • Download the rendered files — each frame format is available as a separate video.
  • Revoke a link when it's no longer needed or should no longer be accessible.

Each export link shows which frames were included when it was created, so you always know exactly what a link contains.

Tip: If you add or remove frames from your project after creating an export, those changes won't be reflected in existing links. Create a new export link to capture the updated set of frames. Old links remain active until they expire or you revoke them.
