Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
Returns
All refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have consumed more than 20% of your monthly credits allocation.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email customer service at support@publishfi.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Refunds
After receiving and reviewing your refund request, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Exceptions
The following cannot be refunded:
- Any one-time fees paid for setting up services
- Custom enterprise plans with negotiated terms
- Credits that have already been consumed
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
Please Note:
- Promotional or discounted purchases may have different refund terms
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds based on unused months
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Any unused credits will expire at the end of your billing period
