- Readers visiting your blog can subscribe to your newsletter directly from every page.

2. Adding Subscribers Manually
Sometimes you meet potential subscribers offline or want to migrate an existing list. PublishFi allows you to add subscribers manually in just a few clicks.

Steps to add subscribers manually:
- Go to the Audience tab in your PublishFi dashboard.
- Click on Add Subscriber.
- Enter the subscriber’s email and any additional details.
- Click Save—the subscriber is now part of your audience!
This is perfect for:
- Collecting emails at events or webinars
- Migrating from another newsletter platform
- Adding VIPs or collaborators
3. Exporting Your Audience List
Need to use your audience elsewhere? PublishFi lets you export your entire list in CSV format for use on other platforms or for backup.

- Navigate to the Audience tab.
- Click on Export.
- Choose your preferred format (CSV is recommended).
