Payouts

Getting new referrals come in is exciting!, as it means the amount of revenue you are earning from our PublishFi referral program is growing. Here's everything you need to know about getting paid.

Available Payment Methods

1️⃣ Direct bank account payouts

This payout method is best suited for those who have larger payout amounts, or people who aren't able to use paypal.com.

• You will be responsible for any payment fees associated with payouts to your bank account. This varies depending on your bank.
• If your bank has high fees for such transactions, please reach out to us for help, if you need to setup a higher minimum payout amount on your account reach out to us at partners@publishfi.com if you cannot set the higher minimum payout limit yourself

2️⃣ Paypal payouts

If you don't have a Paypal account, you can create one for free at Paypal.com.

You can connect your Paypal account at our Affiliate Hub's Payouts tab, once setup, you'll receive monthly payouts when due directly into your Paypal account

Note that PayPal may charge you a fee to convert or withdraw your money once it’s in your PayPal account. Read more about Paypal Fees here

When will I get my paid commission?

Twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th, payouts are created including all approved referrals since the last payout. Referral commissions are held for 30 days before becoming available and then payouts are paid on the 14th and 28th of the month.

You must reach a minimum amount before each payout is created for you. (by default it's $50 for all affiliates)

Where can I find my dashboard?

You can find your affiliate by our Referral tracking and Payments Partner LemonSqueezy at their Affiliate Hub here

Supported Countries

You can become an affiliate if you can accept PayPal or bank payouts in the hundreds of countries listed in our Payments partner's list here

Currency

Both bank and PayPal payouts will be made in USD. You may be charged a fee for currency conversion if required. Note that PayPal may charge you a fee to convert or withdraw your money once it’s in your PayPal account.

Why haven’t I received my commission yet?

Affiliate Payouts are done twice monthly on 1st and 15th for all approved referrals since the last payout. Referral commissions are held for 30 days before becoming available and then payouts are paid on the 14th and 28th of the month.

Make sure you reach the minimum payout amount (by default it's $50 for all affiliates)

Give it 5-10 days extra if necessary, the payout can be delayed due to accounting reasons, or bank problems, it might be stuck on your end at your bank too, if you still havent received the payment by then, please reach out to us at partners@publishfi.com

What happens if one of my active referrals cancels their account and then signs up again later?

It depends on how they sign up. If your referral cancels and reactivates their existing account, you will get a commission. However, if your referral cancels and signs up with a new account, you will not get the commission. To receive the commission for a referral that cancels and signs up with a new account, your referral will need to sign up with one of your Partner links again.
