What happens to my site if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your PublishFi paid plan, your website will remain public but will no longer be accessible under a custom domain if it was used. While your automations and the ability to send new newsletters will be paused, you will still have full access to your website, newsletter archives, and created posts. Rest assured, your data will not be deleted when downgrading to a free account. This ensures that whenever you're ready to restart, your website will be right where you left it.

To reactivate your account :

1. Go to Account and Settings (at https://app.publishfi.com/settings/)
2. Navigate to Plans section in Settings and reactivate your subscription

After reactivation, your site will gradually become accessible again. You may need to verify your custom domain settings if applicable. Please allow some time for your website to fully restore online.
