Our refund policy is straightforward: we prioritize your satisfaction.

If you believe you’ve paid for a service that does not meet your expectations or was not what you intended, we are happy to provide a refund. Should your subscription renew unexpectedly, simply notify us, and we will promptly process the refund.

We deeply appreciate your decision to try Podpage, even if you choose not to continue using the service, and we are committed to ensuring you feel treated fairly.

Please note, we request that refund requests be made promptly after payment. For yearly plans, which include a significant discount in exchange for a longer-term commitment, we encourage you to inform us early if you would like to cancel, so that we can set the plan to expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
